While best known as one of Spain's greatest traditional sparkling wine producers, Gramona has become equally respected for its still wines. Based in Sant Sadurní d'Anoia in the heart of Penedès, the family has been making wine since the mid-1800s and today represents the fifth generation. Their philosophy centres on organic and biodynamic farming, meticulous vineyard work and allowing indigenous varieties to express the unique Mediterranean landscape. Few producers have done more to elevate the reputation of Penedès.

Ca la Mar is a wonderfully Mediterranean white, blending local varieties more commonly associated with the region's sparkling wines. Fermented in stainless steel to preserve freshness and purity, it captures the vibrant citrus, herbal and saline character that defines coastal Catalonia. Bright, energetic and effortlessly drinkable, it's the perfect way to kick off the Tour, echoing the opening Spanish stages before the race crosses into France.
