Gramona, a highly respected family-run winery in Penedès, known for sustainability and biodynamic practices. Made from Xarel·lo, Macabeo, and/or Parellada, the classic local white grapes, though Gramona sometimes experiments with other varieties.
Pale yellow with bright golden reflections.Fresh and floral, with notes of citrus (lemon, grapefruit), white peach, green apple, and Mediterranean herbs. A subtle saline touch hints at its coastal influence. Crisp acidity, giving it a refreshing, lively character. Flavors of pear, green melon, citrus zest, and a touch of almond or fennel. A slight saline minerality enhances its complexity. Long, clean, and elegant with lingering freshness.
