100% Coal Valley. Grapes for the 2022 Rêveur Pinot Noir were sourced from two exceptional vineyards in southern Tasmania’s Coal Valley. The wine was matured in French oak for 22-months and bottled unfiltered. 3 - 5 tonnes per hectare (1.2 – 2.0 tonnes per acre). 55% whole-bunch, cold maceration pre wild-ferment. 4-weeks total skin contact. Pressed direct to barrel for MLF. 22 months in new (20%) and seasoned French oak barriques.
