A cool, airy and elegant nose is composed by the essence of red cherry, spice and even less obvious wood influence. The sleek, vibrant and caressing medium weight flavors possess a lovely mid-palate texture that contrasts somewhat with the firm, serious, austere and more structured finale where the wood telegraphed by the nose slowly reemerges.
