Grapes that originate from one single plot of land and the vines are aged between 60-80 years old which are planted next to the sea, a location that it is reflected in the saltiness of the wines from this winery. Fermentation and ageing take place in French oak foudres of 750 litres in contact with their fine lees for 12 months
