Domaine Vacheron Rose 2023

The Vacheron family has cultivated vineyards near the village of Sancerre for nine generations, preserving a rich winemaking tradition. Today, the domaine is managed by two cousins, the Messieurs Vacheron, whose sons are studying viticulture to continue the family legacy. Spanning 34 hectares, the vineyards feature two principal soil types: "silex" (flint) and "caillotte" (chalk), which contribute to the unique character of their wines.
A commitment to organic viticulture has been central to the Vacheron philosophy, with the estate achieving organic certification in 2003. In 2004, they fully transitioned to biodynamic farming, further enhancing their focus on expressing the terroir. This dedication ensures that their Sancerre wines are among the most terroir-driven in the region.
A blend of savignon blanc and pinot noir.
