Organic farmed. Old barrels only.

Lively, attractive white wine of medium weight, strong minerality in tow with a lick of grip to texture. Spot on. Some almond nuttiness in the mix, green apple, grapefruity tang and, as before, that mesh of saline minerality is wholly appealing. This is classy, fine and exceptionally persistent in character.
