Domaine Jolly et Fils Chablis 2023

Founded in the wine-rich soils of Maligny, just north of Chablis village in Burgundy, Domaine Jolly et Fils embodies four generations of committed Chardonnay cultivation. Under the guidance of Denis Jolly, the estate tends approximately 17 hectares (42 acres) of vineyards across Petit Chablis, Chablis and Premier Cru Fourchaume. Rooted in the venerable Kimmeridgian and Portlandian limestone rich soils, the vineyards yield wines of crystalline purity, refined minerality and vibrant acidity.

Winemaking follows a disciplined, traditional course: hand-harvested fruit, stainless steel fermentations, full malolactic conversion and several months on lees, all designed to let the site speak clearly through the glass. The result: wines that whisper of oyster shells and sea spray, yet balance this with elegant citrus, green orchard fruit and a lithe texture. Domaine Jolly remains a benchmark for Chablis wines defined by place, purity and longevity.
