Winemaker Julian Langworthy is a much loved and respected part of the wine community. His sharp palate and masterful ways make him a weapon in the cellar. Toghether with his team they have propolled the wines of Deep Woods to the top - and along the way collected a Jimmy Watson Trophy for their 2014 Reserve Cabernet. This 2020 release is one of the best to date. Fruit comes from two central Wilyabrup vineyards, with additional fruit from an excellent mature vineyard in Wallcliffe and a small amount of fruit from Karridale.
