100% Syrah from galet stone covered sand-lime soils on Malfondières at Mercuol, and from Beaumont-Monteux, hand harvested, crushed, 75% destemmed, 3 week open vat vinification, wild yeasts, submerged cap, twice daily pumping overs, 1 part vat emptying/refilling, aged 2-5 year 228-litre oak casks 16 months, unfined, filtered.
