Chai Saint Etienne represents the growing excitement surrounding France's lesser-known appellations. This small family domaine champions the historic vineyards of Coteaux du Quercy, an appellation tucked between Cahors and Fronton that remains largely undiscovered outside France. Traditional farming, low yields and a commitment to regional varieties underpin everything they do.

Cabernet Franc leads the blend, supported by Merlot and local varieties that add both charm and individuality. Fermented in stainless steel with minimal intervention, the wine is all about crunchy red fruit, gentle spice and rustic appeal. It's exactly the sort of bottle that reminds you why exploring France's forgotten regions can be so rewarding.
