Hand harvested and destemmed. After gentle pressing, the wine is aged on its lees for 12 months in oak barrels (10% new oak) then 2 months in vats.Complex nose offering black cherry, blackcurrant and raspberry. The palate is elegant and fresh with smooth tannins. Pair with Cold cuts, white meats, red meats and cheeses.
