The 2023 Chardonnay is pure and unfettered on the nose, offering white nectarine and green apple, layers of preserved citrus, vanilla wafer and shaved fennel. In the mouth, the wine is polished and features sweet melon and scraped vanilla pod. The wine is plump and soft, with lovely acidity. 12.5% alcohol, sealed under screw cap. ERIN LARKIN
