The Tinderbox vineyard is perched at the entrance to the d’Entrecasteaux Channel, on top ofTriassic sandstone, with sweeping views across to Bruny Island and Storm Bay. Just 50m from the Southern Ocean. Our 2025 Tinderbox Chardonnay was whole-bunch pressed, lightly settled and racked to a single second-fill French oak hogshead for wild fermentation. We endeavour to express Chardonnay that typifies purity and precision, transporting you to the beautiful wilds of Southern Tasmania.
