Details

Grown by Lucy and Alysha in Maffra, Central Gippsland. A single block Chardonnay made from 40 year old vines grown on alluvial soils. Whole bunch pressed and 100% barrel fermented in aged French oak. A complex and textural Chardonnay that is an honest representation of a beautiful and iconic Gippsland vineyard. Extremely limited with only 1 barrel being made. ALLEVARE WINES
