This cuvée is crafted to showcase the true potential of the Aligoté grape, with finesse, vibrant fruit, and real complexity. Aging in 500L barrels adds depth and length to the wine. The majority of the fruit comes from Les Plumes, a plot in Meursault with predominantly clay soils and mature vines that lend roundness and texture. The remainder is sourced from Le Topo du Clou, a young, hillside vineyard in the Hautes Côtes de Beaune, in the commune of Meloisey. This site features mainly limestone soils, contributing freshness and mineral tension to the final blend.
