Pinot noir sourced from three different sites across the Derwent and the Coal River Valleys; 25% whole bunch. Bright ruby with fruit tones of wild strawberry, red cherry and raspberry along with supporting hints of leaf litter, rose petals, Asian spice, shiitake, amaro herbs, dried meats and dried citrus rind. It cuts a lively, graceful arc across the palate, leaving in its wake a trail of bright, spicy red fruits, and grapefruity acid driving it along nicely. DAVE BROOKS, winecompanion.com
