From estate vineyards in Alto Adige in northern Italy, this wine is made from Pinot Noir (Pinot Nero). Sourced from cooler, elevated sites with calcareous and gravelly soils, the fruit is handled gently with partial oak ageing to build structure while preserving finesse. The palate is finely poised, with red cherry, raspberry and a hint of wild herbs, framed by silky tannins and fresh acidity.
A subtle savoury nuance and mineral lift carry through the finish, giving a wine that is elegant, precise and quietly persistent.
