(our note) Very pallid straw hue. The nose is so delicate, finely musky, crushed salted rose petal-esque. A really pretty crystalline impression, with lime juice, green citrus zest and taut freshness. The palate is all focussed purity, feather weight, white peach and green apples, light and dancing with a touch of sweetness breadthening the wine to length. Pure and lemonadey.
