Correggia Roero Arneis 2023Pear, apple, a little green herb, some perfume, candle wax and smoked almond. It’s medium-bodied, bright and has good flavour, though not too much, and it keeps itself trim with some light citrus bite, a slightly waxy texture, some chalkiness, and offers a finish of good length with some preserved lemon tang. It’s well-balanced and drinks very well. Nice. GARY WALSH, The Wine Front2023ArneisItaly457$45.00 As low as $40.50 -

Correggia Roero Arneis Val dei Preti 2018 Museum ReleaseGold tinted, it has an intriguing nose of pear, dried white fruits, and a hint of tertiary earthiness. It's characterised by mild-mannered acidity and a touch of grip on the dry, satisfying finish. This Arneis, from an old single-vineyard planted in 1996, uses one-third skin-macerated fruit which spends one week in contact with the skins. (93) DECANTER

Correggia Roero Nebbiolo 2023The 2023 Roero is a terrific entry-level offering from Correggia. Sweet red cherry, cedar, sweet pipe tobacco, mint and dried herbs open first. It offers gorgeous mid-palate pliancy and fine balance, both especially of note given the challenges of the growing season. Quite simply, this is reference-point Nebbiolo from Roero. ANTONIO GALLONI
A bright ruby hue, the 2023 Roero offers an inviting aromatic profile in its notes of cranberries, raspberry seeds, dusty earth, graphite, and small purple flowers. Medium-bodied, it offers vibrant energy with well-defined, angular tannins and a mouthwatering finish. Early harvesting preserves freshness while maintaining ripeness and balance. Drink 2026-2036. 23,000 bottles were produced. AUDREY FRICKE

Correggia Nebbiolo La Val dei Preti 2022Coming from 75-year-old vines grown in sandy soils rich with fossils and seashells, the 2022 Roero Riserva La Val Dei Preti pours a bright ruby hue. Aromas of ripe raspberries, fresh herbs, and subtle earth emerge from the glass. Medium-bodied, it has broader shoulders than the classic Roero, with deeper tannins and added richness while remaining balanced and fresh. The wine was aged for roughly 18 months in wood. Drink 2026-2038. 9,000 bottles were produced. (93) AUDREY FRICKE, JebDunnuck.com
The 2022 Roero Riserva La Val dei Preti is elegant and refined. Today, the 2022 feels a bit compact, perhaps because of the intensely warm, dry season and/or the need for more time in bottle. Ripe red fruit, cedar, blood orange and citrus notes are nicely pushed forward, but this needs time. ANTONIO GALLONI, Vinous2022NebbioloItaly457$79.00 As low as $71.10
