Details

From 110-year-old vineyards, this is classic premium Barossa Shiraz. It's open and expressive right from the first sniff. The nose is rich and heady, billowing cherry, chocolate, plum and licorice with a savory, earthy spine of bay leaf, mint and smoke. The tannins are granular and fine, framed by tangy, intense fruit and a stony mineral streak. Plush but linear and lifted, it should live on for decades. Drink through 2045. WINE ENTHUSIAST
