A refined, and creamy Portuguese take on Blanc de Blancs, made with local varietals of Maria Gomes (39%), Bical (38%) and Cercial (23%). Primary fermentation in tank with wild yeast and then second fermentation in bottle with 9 months. There is no dosage.
