A blush of pinky orange, it’s zesty, bright and moreish from the first to the last sip. Expect a dash of red fruits, spice, licorice, red of course and a touch of pomegranate molasses without the sweetness, just the intense flavours, which cruise along this rippin’ rosé. The tempranillo, comprising 7% of the blend, is whole-bunch pressed to old oak puncheons, which adds to the texture, a slip of creamy lees to bolster the palate. A delicious rosé.
