From a single-vineyard site on the Surf Coast. Matured in 50% new French barriques; 100% mlf. A very bright green gold. A pure-fruited and cool bouquet featuring perfectly ripened white peach, subtle wood-derived vanillin and complex oyster-shell notes. Tightly coiled and persistent, I can see this unfurling and shining over the next six to 12 months. (96+) PHILIP RICH
