This a single vineyard wine from a fabulous Hunter vintage.
Shiraz grapes, crushed and chilled with 12 hours on skins for colour and character. Total fermentation and maturation took place in three and four year old French oak puncheons prior to bottling in September 2017. Pale cherry in colour with lifted dark cherry characters on the nose. The palate is fruit driven, but dry, with nice weight and length. A serious complex Rosé. Drink- now to 2022. We call it the 3 P wine. Perfect with Mediterranean style cuisine e.g. Pizza, Pasta or Paella MISTLETOE
