Max is the 20th-generation winemaker at his family's historic estate, Geierslay. Max is farming only 1.2 hectares and is certainly one of the most talented next generation Mosel producers.This is a spectacular wine that offers wonderful value for money.The grapes are basket pressed and fermented in stainless steel. There's an incredible transparent nature to the wine while still holding great fruit concentration and rays of minerality. Bright acidity balanced by fine residual sweetness.
