The 2022 Pinot Noir Blondie is a rare Blanc de Noir from New Zealand's Central Otago region. It's a crisp style; the creamy palate allies with fresh strawberry, white peach and pear flavors. Hand-picked and whole bunch pressed, the Pinot Noir fruit has infused a light peach color to the wine while the fruit has remained delicate with the merest of grip rather than any real tannic presence.
