Le Cinciole Rosato 2022Organic/biodynamic. Sangiovese grapes are specially harvested at the right degree of ripeness in order to obtain finesse and balance without excessive alcohol content. The de-stemmed grapes stay briefly in the press for a slight maceration. The must is then vinified “in white” at a controlled temperature. Swinney Mourvedre Rose 2023Drawn from dry-grown, bush vines on the ironstone gravel hilltop of their Powderbark vineyard.
