Medium to full red/purple, bright colour. Attractive, vibrant, clean, fresh raspberry and red cherry fruit-driven aromas and flavours. The palate is tight and firm, the considerable structure nicely balanced by the flavour. Elegant, tidy, firm and promising. A smart wine which just needs time. Drink 2017 to 2027.

A very different shiraz to the previous vintage release: lower in alcohol, overall ripeness and generally a little more circumspect. Aussie bush notes, pepper and briar scents with black fruits, plum and spice. There's an almost unassuming elegance to this wine, with beautifully presented red and black fruits studded in spices and black pepper notes.
