A pleasant nose of raspberries, cherries and hints of violets and oak, following through to a medium-bodied palate with firm fruit and oak tannins and dried cherry flavors in the finish. Needs a year or two for the oak to sink into the wine. Try from 2026. JAMES SUCKLING
