Single vineyard wine. Go the girls!
This is deep cherry richness with dark plum, some black olive, a bit of mixed, Italian herb, salted liquorice and touches of clove, dark chocolate powder and flinty, stony notes. It’s a bit gummy in tannin profile, then sinewy through the finish, kind of refreshing but also a little cloying, albeit you could say it stuffs flavour to the gills and sticks it there. Potent, richer pinot noir in a way, with freshness for sure in tow. It ticks boxes. MIKE BENNIE, The Wine Front
