Details

Crushed, wild ferment in small format, neutral oak, aged 10 months on lees. Another top release of a wine that excites the palate, combining complexity, a lingering savouriness and a juicy freshness. It makes for a most charming and un-put-down-able wine. Ripe lemon citrus, stone fruits, red apple, spring blossom and honeysuckle aromas. Concentrated on the palate, with an additional layer of nutty mealiness and preserved lemon that brings with it an impressive depth of flavour as well as length.
