The important thing to consider when pouring a glass of this playful pink is provenance. The very same commitment, energy, artistry and effort that goes into producing some of the country's very best wines is deployed here, too. It's just the Cullen way. It's a quietly humming, delicately perfumed and neatly balanced Rosie, awash with macerated raspberries and cherries, and a little dried strawberry too.
