COS's Zibibbo Terre Siciliane IGP shows a bright golden yellow color, crossed by light amber shades that recall the skin maceration in amphora. On the nose, it’s intense, aromatic, and deeply Mediterranean, with notes of ripe apricot, candied orange peel, and dried fruit, accompanied by delicate hints of sea salt, aromatic herbs, and spicy nuances. On the palate, it’s rich, enveloping, and surprisingly fresh, with a broad texture supported by vibrant sapidity that gives balance and tension. The maceration gives depth and substance to the sip, while the finish is long, aromatic, and salty, with lingering citrus and mineral notes.
