Denton Vineyard, Tarrawarra, Yarra Valley. Volcanic origins of course. 100 % Chardonnay hand-picked and whole bunch pressed to neutral barrique and puncheon barrels with full solids for native fermentation and MLF. Raised for 16 months on lees, in full barrels, with zero added SO2.
