Details

Bright, light yellow colour; slightly green/herbal aromas of celery stalk, a suggestion of parsnip/earthy root vegetable. The wine is tight and tense, firm and has excellent concentration and vitality, oak taking a back seat. The finish is very dry, mineral and lip-smacking.
