From the Alpine Valleys in Victoria, this wine is made from Pinot Gris. Grown in a cool, high-altitude setting, the fruit is handled with a light touch, often seeing a hint of skin contact to build texture and aromatic complexity. The palate shows ripe pear, nashi apple and a gentle spice, carried by a soft, rounded mouthfeel and fresh acidity. A subtle savoury edge and textural grip linger on the finish, giving a wine that is both playful and quietly structured.
