We love our grapefruit here on the farm and grow olives and rosemary. So when asked by the Friends of The Royal Botanical Gardens Melbourne to design something beautiful and delicious to celebrate the 40th anniversary of the friends we had to do a Mediterranean style gin to welcome in the Spring and Summer season.
