This wine was fermented under controlled temperature for 7 days with part barrel fermentation to enhance complexity. Maturation in French oak barrels for 24 months has assisted the development of the rich characters of the Cabernet Sauvignon fruit, producing a vibrant rich wine with attractive fruit and oak flavours. Full, intense blackberry and mulberry are well complimented by subtle oak flavours and tight, chalky tannins. With excellent balance and complexity this is an exquisite wine with all the characteristics of a classic Coonawarra Cabernet Sauvignon. Zema Estate
