Prince Wine Store is delighted to be working with Yukino Ochiai, Director of Deja vu Sake Company, Sake Samurai, WSET Level 3 Japanese Sake educator, and Kikizakeshi.

An online preparation course must be completed prior to classroom sessions. Please check with the WSET coordinator closer to the course date.

The WSET Level 3 Award in Sake is for individuals seeking to develop their expertise in sake.  This qualification will provide you with a detailed understanding of the production methods that affect the style, quality and price of sake. You’ll learn how to assess sakes accurately and use this information to make authoritative recommendations.

Upon successful completion you will receive a WSET certificate and lapel pin and will be able to use the associated WSET certified logo.

There is a $200 fee to re-sit the theory exam and $95 fee to re-sit the tasting exam should you not pass and a $100 fee is you do not turn up for the exam, along with re-registration fees equivalent to a re-sit.

Students who withdraw within 72 hours of the course will forfeit 50% of the course fees. After this time 100% of the course fees will be forfeit.
