WA FIELD DAY SYDNEY SATURDAY TASTING
30th May 12pm - 2pm
WA Field Day is a deep dive into the landscapes and terroirs that define Western Australian wine. It’s an opportunity to explore the State’s remarkably varied appellations, each shaped by its own climate, soils and geography. From maritime‑influenced coastlines to elevated cool‑climate pockets and warm inland valleys, this diversity translates into a wide spectrum of styles and expressions.
Producers from Great Southern, Swan Valley, Pemberton and the historically significant Margaret River will be pouring. Each region brings its own character: the precision and drive of the Great Southern’s cool sites, the elegance and structure shaped by Margaret River’s maritime climate, the lifted aromatics and finesse from Pemberton’s cooler forests, and the Swan Valley’s deep‑rooted heritage and warm‑climate generosity.
WA Field Day brings these regional threads together in one tasting: a clear look at how place, climate and identity shape the wines of this vast and distinctive State.
