Each year we celebrate one of Italy's great wine regions with our Festa del Barolo tasting. This year we're taking a short detour, swapping the rolling hills of Piemonte for those of Tuscany, a region that has produced some of Italy's most celebrated and influential wines for centuries.
Few places in the wine world can match Tuscany's combination of history, prestige and diversity. It is the spiritual home of Sangiovese, the birthplace of Chianti Classico, Brunello di Montalcino and Vino Nobile di Montepulciano, and the region that gave rise to the Super Tuscan revolution. From ancient family estates to pioneering modern producers, Tuscany continues to evolve while remaining firmly rooted in its traditions, producing wines that are among the most sought-after and admired in Italy.
Bringing together six of the best Italian Wine Importers, Tuscany in the City is a unique sersiers of events tastings masterclasses and dinners across August.

An evening celebrating some of the finest Tuscan wines available in Australia today.
The chefs at bibo have created a four‑course menu paired with ten exceptional wines from across this remarkable region, presented in collaboration with several leading Australian importers.
Your wine journey will take you through the heart of Tuscany, from Chianti Classico to Montalcino, and out to the Tuscan coast, showcasing the diversity and depth of this iconic region. Featured producers include Fontodi, Querciabella, Talenti, and many more.
All wines shown on the night will be available to purchase at a special event‑only price.

For this tasting we've assembled a line-up worthy of the occasion, bringing together household names, benchmark estates, long-time Prince favourites and a selection of exciting new discoveries. Whether it's beautifully classical Sangiovese, modern Tuscan icons or some of the region's hidden gems, this will be a rare opportunity to taste across one of the world's great wine regions in a single afternoon.
This will be an incredible day of tasting with some cheese and Tuscan-inspired snacks from our friends at Simon Johnson.

Bellota Takeover Dinner

As usual, we will take over the entire restaurant at Bellota for the night. Our format will be more or less the same with a couple of small changes. It's a celebration of this unique wine region of Tuscany,
The dinner will start slow with a bracket of great Tuscan whites before ramping up for two brackets worth of Tuscan reds from a selection of the region's greatest producers. We'll traverse the communes and the stylistic differences, along the way learning a little about these amazing wines.
Nicky Riemer has put together a superb menu for the evening. Both wines and food are listed below.
