Trinity Hill

Trinity HIll developed its first Gimblett Gravells vineyard in 1994 and lanted Chardonnay, Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and Syrah. The objective was to produce world class wines, focusing on Bordeaux red varieties. The winery was built for the 1997 harvest. Since 2001, further vineyards have been developed in the Gimblett Gravels as well as in the cooler Cenral and Southern Hawke's Bay. www.nzwine.com
