The Wine Farm

They took over an established farm and vineyard in South Gippsland in 2014. Some cracking wines emerging. All white wines are picked, chilled in a reefer, pressed whole bunch, oxidatively handled, racked to pretty clean, fermented naturally in tank and not really touched until bottling. MIKE BENNIE

Another very exciting Gippy project. Here Neil and Anna are working along sustainable principles with not systemics used and a strong focus on caring for the land that cares for them. The wines reflect the same thoughtfulness that goes in to their vineyard management, very low sulphur additions, gravity fed, unfined and unfiltered. The results so far have been thrilling and everything about this place has a sense of energy to it including their booze. ROSCOE
