Details

Deep ruby with aromas of crunchy red cherry, plum and raspberry fruits. Hints of crushed rock, mountain herbs, undergrowth, dried meats, cocoa nibs, wild strawberry and earth. There's a slightly wild edge to this wine that I like. It's rocky and sinewy, showing abundant mineral energy before resolving savoury and stony. Lovely. DAVE BROOKES, Halliday Wine Companion
