Silkman Wines

Winemaking couple Shaun Silkman and Liz Jackson (one-time dux of the Len Evans Tutorial), were both born and raised in the Hunter Valley, and worked many vintages (both in Australia and abroad) before joining forces at First Creek Wines, where Liz is senior winemaker. This gives them the opportunity to make small quantities of the three classic varieties of the Hunter Valley: Semillon, Chardonnay and Shiraz.
