25% whole bunches with 14 days on skins. Matured in one 600L French cask. A bright ruby red. Aromas of bright red fruits, pomegranate, aromatic herbs and fragrant rose petal that emerge the more the wine sits in the glass. The palate is equally complex and energetic, with silky, persistent tannins auguring well for those that still have a bottle or two six to eight years from now.
