Rudolf Trossen

Rudolf Trossen founded Demeter and EcoVin in Rheinland Pfalz and has been biodynamically farming since 1978. Known as a bit of a Eco-warrior his vines are in the middle Mosel above a tiny town called Kinheim. Rudi’s vines are easy to see from the bottom the slopes being so vibrant green and healthy. PWS
