A taut Tamar Valley riesling from Keira O'Brien. Pale in the glass with a flash of green and vivid characters of freshly squeezed lime, grapefruit and Granny Smith apple, hints of almond blossom, crushed stone and shells, lime zest, lemongrass and a curl of ozone.
