Querciabella has been on a roll over the last few years. I can’t say enough good things about these wines, all of which merit your serious consideration. Querciabella doesn’t make a big deal about the fact that their vineyards are now biodynamically farmed, but then again they don’t have to? The wines speak for themselves..... ANTONIO GALLONI
Querciabella are one of the very top tier of producers in Tuscany and their range of wines from the cult white, Batar, through to Chianti Classico and on up to their Super Tucan Camartina are exemplars of the attention to detail that is showered on all the wines at this revered estate. Tasting each of these wines on their own is special, but to tasting the evolution of each of the wines through back vintage offerings is truly special.
This year we welcome back Querciabella's Giorgio Fragiacomo to host an intimate dinner upstairs at Bellota. Giorgio will guide attendees across the wines of the estate through brackets featuring their new releases alongside the revered Batar, and finishing with a vertical of Camartina dating back 20 years.
This is a 3-course dinner with a fantastic menu provided by the Bellota kitchen along with a surprise wine or two shipped direct from the winery.
Tickets are $165 per head and the evening should be, as it always is with Giorgio, a fantastic look at this very special estate.
