We all love drinking Champagne but how much do we actually
know about what we are drinking?
The terroirs of Champagne are some of the
most misunderstood and overlooked in the wine world, often overshadowed by the
big houses and their regional blends. But, that is only skimming the surface of
what the region beholds.
We have curated a very special
educational evening to talk about (and drink!) all things Champagne. From
Montagne de Reims to Cote des Blancs, the significance of Liqueur d’Expédition
and why everyone’s talking about Grower Champagne. Not only will you know your
Bouzy from your Vertus, but you will taste all the different styles and wines
that make up this mighty region, all accompanied by snacks from Bellota.
There will be an all-star line-up of wines for the evening from all over the region, including grower champagne and prestige cuvees. Book early to avoid disappointment. Places are limited.
A minimum
of 8 people are required for this course to run.

Please note cancellations made 72 hours before
the course begins will incur a charge of 50% of the course cost per person.
Cancellations less than 72 prior to the course, will forfeit 100% of the course
fees.
